Here’s how to get started…

• Temperament Test- In order to provide our customers with a cage free environment we require that all new customers come in for the Temperament Test prior to boarding. The duration of the Temperament Test is typically about 20 minutes. Please note that we might ask to extend the temperament test if a dog is initially nervous. We allow Temperament Tests on the day you are interested in boarding if we have space available but do not recommend this as it leaves us with no time to extend the Temperament Test if need be.

  The times for the Temperament Tests are…

  Monday – Friday: 10am – 4pm

  Saturday – Sunday: 7am – 3pm

  Reservations are not necessary for the Temperament Test unless you are unable to come during our scheduled Temperament Test Times.

• Vaccinations- When you arrive for the Temperament Test we will ask for verification that your dog is up to date on his/her vaccines. The vaccinations that we require are…
  • Rabies
  • Bordetella
  • Distemper

A print out from your Veterinarian is our preferred confirmation method. As an alternative, we can give your veterinarian a call for verbal confirmation but as many Veterinary clinics are not open on the weekend this is not always a possibility. We MUST confirm your current vaccination records BEFORE we can proceed with the Temperament Test.

• Release form- A signed release form is required for all daycare and boarding customers, this form can be printed below or we can provide you with one at the time of the Temperament Test.

• Reservation- Reservations are required for all boarding appointments. If you do not have a boarding package, a 50% deposit is required at the time you make your reservation in order to hold your spot. If you cancel two weeks prior to boarding you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within two weeks of the drop off date will result in a credit to be used towards future boarding appointments. Deposits made towards cancelled Holiday reservations are surrendered. Please note that boarding package, like daycare packages, are nonrefundable.
